How do I get started?

Take our free survey to see if you qualify to get started. We put this in place to identify any "medical red flags" that may be hindering your recovery. If you are cleared of red flags, then you can begin your program right away! If you do have any medical red flags, what we'll do is suggest that you meet with a medical practitioner before starting. If you currently are working with a medical practitioner, we ask that you provide medical clearance to ensure that you are good to go!

Also, if you aren't working with a practitioner right now, we would be happy to help you find one in your area that can see you!

Do I need any download any specific apps?

Not all all! We designed this program to be delivered straight to your phone! Our videos are hosted on YouTube, and most phones are already loaded with this app. We wanted to make it as easy for you to follow as possible.

How often will I need to do my stretches?

You can do your stretches as much as little as you'd like. However, it is recommended that you do these stretches and exercises at least once per day to achieve the desired results. It is important that you do the activities that make you feel the best and remove the activities that make you feel worse as a result.

Listen to your body and see how it responds to every stretch. The key is to help you take one step closer to recovery.

How do I know if the program is working?

We find that asking the question "How do you feel today?" with the response of "Better", "worse", or "same". That will drive our action steps. Feeling the "same" truly indicates that there is 0 change in how you feel.

If you feel "better", that means there is a reduction in your pain intensity (from a scale of 0-10, get closer to a 0); reduction in the size area of your pain, the pain moves up closer to your spine (called centralization), and if you're experiencing numbness but then the feeling is returning.

Feeling "worse" would be the exact opposite description of what "better" feels.

How long do I need to follow this program?

You can follow this program as long or as short as you need to. We designed the program to serve you reminders to move well, stretch, exercise and to do this often. Our curated stretches are designed to help you feel better. Once you are back to normal, you can cancel any time by replying "cancel". The full length of this program is about 12 weeks in the event that recovery is slow. We'll be keeping track!

I messed up one of my days. Can I restart?

We know that life is busy and you may not do your stretches everyday. And that is totally fine! If you need to restart the program, simply reply "restart" to the most recent text and we'll set you up again at no extra cost.
